Servant Coffee in Denver seeks a dependable Head Coffee Roaster to own roasting operations, fulfillment, and related production tasks. You will manage inventory, schedule roasting, and ensure consistency across batches, while collaborating with the team to maintain quality and care for our coffee from origin to cup.
Ideal candidates have hands-on roasting experience, familiarity with Loring roasters (S15 Falcon preferred), and comfort with production metrics and cupping.
