Job Summary
Manages the digital print department, ensuring high-quality output from digital presses for various products such as business cards, brochures, flyers, and variable data printing.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily digital print production schedule.
- Operate and maintain digital presses.
- Perform color calibration and profiling.
- Troubleshoot print quality issues and equipment malfunctions.
- Train and supervise digital press operators.
- Ensure accurate job setup and imposition.
- Implement efficient workflows for printing.
- Strong understanding of digital printing technology, color management, RIP software, attention to detail, problem-solving, and basic graphic design software knowledge.
