Conagra Brands is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS programs at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will design and execute safety and environmental strategies that protect employees, ensure regulatory compliance, and support reliable operations. You will conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, then drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with plant leadership, you will foster a proactive safety culture aligned with Conagra's inclusive, performance-driven values and help our teams safely deliver iconic food brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures for the manufacturing facility.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions.
  • Analyze EHS performance metrics and trends to reduce injuries, incidents, and environmental impacts.
  • Train and coach employees and leaders on safety practices, regulatory requirements, and emergency response.
  • Partner with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to integrate EHS into daily manufacturing activities.
  • Manage hazardous materials, waste handling, and environmental reporting requirements.
  • Drive a culture of safety, engagement, and continuous improvement aligned with Conagra's values.
  • Coordinate emergency preparedness plans, drills, and response procedures.
  • Support corporate EHS initiatives and share best practices across sites.
