Continuous Improvement Engineer

Metric are currently partnered with a large and continually growing manufacturer within Denver who are looking for a strong Continuous Improvement Engineer to join their growing engineering and manufacturing leadership at the Site.

The role will include but not limited to the below:

• Process Improvement: Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality and overall equipment effectiveness across the manufacturing site.
• Problem Solving: Lead structured problem-solving activities, using data and root-cause analysis to eliminate waste, reduce downtime and prevent recurring issues.
• Lean Manufacturing: Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools, including 5S, Kaizen, standard work and process optimisation, to drive sustainable improvements.
• Project Delivery: Lead improvement projects from initial concept through to implementation, working collaboratively with production, engineering, quality and other key stakeholders.

To be considered you must have the following:

• 2+ years of manufacturing and or continuous improvement engineering experience within a manufacturing site.
• Degree educated within an Engineering field.
• Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Proven experience improving manufacturing and process systems.
