Plant Manager

A growing private manufacturing company in the greater Denver area is seeking a hands-on Plant Operations Manager to lead production, logistics, and day-to-day plant operations. This is not a large corporate manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, leading from the floor, and treating the operation as if it were their own business.

• Lead all plant operations including production, logistics, inventory flow, and facility performance
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and process consistency
• Establish accountability while maintaining a positive, team-focused culture
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with leadership to execute operational strategies and support company growth
• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer commitments are met
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce waste, and optimize resources

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees
• Background in smaller to mid-sized manufacturing environments
• Hands-on operational leadership style with strong follow-through
• Process-driven mindset with the ability to improve how work gets done
• Strong coaching and team-development skills
• Humble, approachable communicator who earns respect through actions
• Comfortable working directly with production teams and solving day-to-day challenges
• Experience overseeing production and/or plant operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems

• Plant Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or similar leadership experience
• Experience in equipment manufacturing, industrial products, assembly, fabrication, or related manufacturing environments
• Experience in single-shift manufacturing operations
