Our manufacturing client, located in Denver, CO is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

Location:
Denver, COPay Rate Range: $95,000 - $115,000
Shift: Night Shift 6pm - 6amWhat’s the Job?
- Oversees maintenance operations for a commercial food manufacturing company consisting of hourly associates
- Analyzes and solves technical maintenance issues.
- Utilize the CMMS to analyze data, generate reports and implement actions to improve KPIs.
- Leads the achievement of a zero injury workplace by ensuring safe working conditions for associates and compliance with all state and federal regulations on environmental, health and safety issues.
- Manages and develops plant maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime.
- Ensure associates have the tools, resources and capabilities to succeed and deliver on expectations.
- Proficient computer software skills:
Excel, word, CMMS, email - 5 or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration, electrical and building maintenance.
- Must be highly organized with project management experience
- Must be dependable, flexible and self-motivated.
