The Family Resource Center Association (FRCA)(Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). is seeking to hire a Northwest Food Security Coordinator. This position is responsible for offering organizational outreach capacity building related to food security and SNAP outreach and enrollment activities across the Northwest region of Colorado. This will be done through direct community outreach, coordinating with known community partners in the region, and establishing new community partnerships.

Training on SNAP will be provided. FRCA is seeking a person with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in the Human Service field working with diverse populations and who is comfortable actively reaching out to new contacts in‑person, on the phone, and via email to share information and identify possible partnerships. Pay rate: $27.00‑$29.50 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits are listed in the full description. The role is intended for someone living in the Northwest region of Colorado and will be based partly from a home‑based office and partly in the community.

Target outreach area is the Northwest region, largely north of I-70 and west of the Front Range. Occasional overnight travel to the Denver Metro Area may be required with advanced notice.
