EARSS Grant Program Coordinator

Part Time (0.40 FTE, 16 hours/week) – Denver, CO 80204 – Hourly: $32.00.

Employment period:
January
2023 – June
2027 (4‑year grant plus 6‑month planning; possible extension based on additional funding).

• Understand and align with the goals and objectives of the EARSS grant.
• Identify and collaborate with community partners to provide programs and experiences that meet the grant purpose, goals, and expected outcomes.
• Outreach, coordinate, and schedule weekly vocational guest speakers for both schools.
• Organize community partners to deliver in‑school classes, activities, internships, apprenticeships, courses for credit, and vocational programs.
• Attend outings with staff and students.
• Collaborate with school personnel across both campuses on ongoing program implementation and evaluation.
• Serve as a data‑team member for collection, analysis, and interpretation of data related to EARSS grant performance measures.
• Complete required reporting and paperwork for the grant.
• Participate in relevant TWC EARSS grant team meetings, cohort meetings, and related conferences.

• Detail‑oriented, organized, and experienced in record keeping.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Competent computer use skills.
• Must hold a current valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI/DWAI in the last five years).
• Must have no criminal record.
• Minimum age 22 or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
