The Korbel Ameri Corps Program provides opportunities for students enrolled at the University of Denver to serve their communities. Through service, members will support public service organizations working to improve food, housing, healthcare, employment, and economic stability among Denver residents. Members will acquire sector‑specific knowledge and skills, preparing them for future careers in public service.
Member Duties- Support organizational capacity building: program development, monitoring and evaluation, and volunteer management.
- Provide direct support to individuals: connect them to housing assistance, food assistance, healthcare services, and career readiness and employment services.
- Commit to a 100‑hour service position (approximately 15 hours per week) from July 20, 2026 to August 31, 2026.
- Education award upon successful completion of service.
