Financial management is a key aspect of the position, requiring the development and oversight of event budgets, tracking expenses, and securing sponsor ships. The manager will also maintain accurate records and report on event performance metrics to inform future strategies. Collaboration with various departments is crucial to ensure seamless event experiences.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of event planning experience, preferably in a nonprofit or arts environment.
