ABOUT THE POSITIONCommunity Shares of Colorado seeks a full-time Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Services Coordinator to support well-organized workplace giving programs. We are looking for someone who is comfortable both working behind the scenes to coordinate data and information, and serving as the first point of contact for questions and assistance by communicating externally with various people.
Main responsibilities will be in data and database support, such as:
- - Customize and maintain online giving sites
- - Assist with system maintenance, testing, and implementation of new products, features, or upgrades
- - Process and track paper pledges, including accurate and efficient data entry of pledge information into the online database
- - Meet unique reporting needs for collaborative partners including internal team members, workplaces, federations, and independent nonprofit organizations by producing progress reports, data masters, payroll reports, distribution results, and tax acknowledgment letters as necessary
