JOB SUMMARY
As a member of the Development Team, the Corporate Giving Manager is essential to expanding funding and establishing new relationships with corporate partners. The Corporate Giving Manager will drive the effort to secure corporate gifts, grants, and sponsor ships. The Manager will develop and implement strategies for identifying corporate prospects, cultivating donors, and maximizing gifts. The Manager will be primarily responsible for stewardship of EOC's corporate donor portfolio.
The Manager is responsible for overseeing fundraising events including conception, planning, and execution.
Essential Functions
- Manage the organizational strategy for identifying, engaging, cultivating and growing support from the corporate sector, resulting in increased philanthropic funding and greater organizational awareness and visibility
- Develop and keep accurate, ongoing record of prospective and received funding opportunities and initiate adjustments in anticipation of organization needs
- Attend networking or informational meetings and educational opportunities to build relationships with prospective corporate partners. This may require availability during evening hours.
