Senior Program Officer; CHF

The Foundation is happy to announce an opening for Senior Program Officer (SPO). This position is responsible for supporting the Foundation’s work towards bringing health in reach for all Coloradans.

Applicants should have an understanding of the low-income communities we exist to serve, including communities of color, immigrants and refugees, LGBTQ, rural communities, and/or neighborhoods or regions that face the greatest health inequities. Ideal candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and eight years’ experience directly applicable to health philanthropy (or related), deep competency with strategy development and implementation, and project or operations management expertise.

Experience in the nonprofit or public sector and experience working in health or related organizations is preferred. Senior Program Officers are actively engaged in their assigned geographic regions and spend a great deal of time in the community, which requires a minimum of 40% travel throughout Colorado.

The starting range for this position is $122k - $144k per year. The starting salary will be based on experience.
