Overview
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our in-person clinic in La Junta, CO, working Monday through Thursday.
- Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services, including physical exams, diagnosing, and treating medical conditions.
- Order and interpret tests, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and maintain accurate documentation in EHR.
- Stay updated on medical best practices.
Graduate from an accredited program, active Colorado license, 2-4 years clinical experience, excellent communication, and compassionate patient care skills.
