Inpatient Surgery is an incredible place to practice as a Registered Nurse. We are a fast-paced acute care department treating a large variety of surgical patients with a specialized focus on orthopedics, complex spine and bariatric surgeries. Many of our surgeons have been with Rose for 20+ years and carry an incredible reputation in both the community as well as outreach programs.

They are often seen giving educational talks on the unit to grow our team’s expertise and to help foster relationships with our staff. Due to higher volumes of patients during the middle of the week, we have a lighter weekend requirement in this unit than other inpatient units. We have a welcoming, tight-knit staff that truly enjoy each other's company, and are excited to get to know new hires!

Our RNs and PCTs vary in years of experience, from new graduates to employees with 25+ years of service here  can expect to have nursing leadership present on the unit and ready to jump in and help whenever necessary. Job Summary and Qualifications
