General Statement of Duties: Will utilize the nursing process to independently deliver nursing care to patients in order to achieve quality outcomes and communicate need for guidance/supervision based on self-assessment of strengths and limitations. As a Health

ONE Division CARE (Clinical Assets Resourcing Excellence) Float Pool Registered Nurse in the Critical Care specialty (ICU), you will be part of an amazing group of 7 Denver metro area hospitals that include:
The Medical Center of Aurora, North Suburban Medical Center, Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children, Rose Medical Center, Sky Ridge Medical Center and Swedish Medical Center.

C.A.R.E Pool RNs are required to
work the following:

Hours per Pay Period:
Tier V (Critical Care RN): Minimum hours, weekend commitment, and demographic location determined by the group and POD in the Health

ONE CARE pool Agreement.

Holiday Requirements:
Tier V (Critical Care RN): 1 Major or 1 minor holiday, and 1 difficult to staff day annually.
Tier V benefited: 1 Major and 1 minor holiday, and 1 difficult to staff day annually.

Floating:
