RN Clinical Manager, Home Health

Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager (RN required) in our Medicare certified Denver Visits office in Denver, CO. As a Clinical Manager, you will lead field staff, oversee case management, staff evaluation, and development.

• Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi‑disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
• Processing incoming referrals.
• Managing and mentoring Clinical Associates and field staff.
• Facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff.
• Reviewing documentation, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB).
• Monitoring quality assurance.
• Managing staff productivity and overall case management.
• This is a full‑time in‑office position including client visits as necessary.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD‑10 coding.
• Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Acute, med/surge, and/or sub‑acute experience preferred or required.
