• Pay Range: $38.91 to $48.63/hour, commensurate with experience.
• $2,000 Sign-on or Relocation Bonus after assumption of full case load. $2,000 Retention Bonus after 1 year of successful service

Salaried/Exempt

The Hospice Nurse provides physical and emotional support to Hospice patients and their families; care is provided in either the patients' homes or pertinent health care facility. The role collaborates with physicians, multi-disciplinary team members, friends and families. Supervises assigned team members.

Schedule requires work on every other weekend.

• Current BLS verification.
• Minimum two years of varied work experience as a professional nurse and preferably one of the two years in an acute, oncology, home health, and/or hospice setting.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings.
• Personal vehicle for on-the-job transportation in all road and weather conditions.
• Provide proof of liability insurance on personal vehicle.
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a fingerprint-based criminal history background check through the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the check through the Colorado Adult Protection Services and drug screen.

Compensation details: $ hourly wage
