Salary Range: $92,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year

• Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients.
• Manage pain and symptoms to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
• Offer compassionate end‑of‑life care to patients and their families.
• Develop and maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients through the continuum of care.
• Educate patients’ caregivers on proper care and symptom management.
• Document and communicate patient care, medications, and observations to the care team.
• Coordinate and ensure continuous assessment of each patient’s and family’s needs.

• PRN as needed support
• Flexible schedule
• Weekend and after‑hour weekday support

Base rate for being on‑call

$50–$100 visit rate

• Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Graduate of a National League for Nursing‑accredited nursing school.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least one year of hospice experience (preferred).
• Demonstrates excellent observation, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication, and nursing skills per competency checklist.
• Ability to independently organize and prioritize workload.
