The Nurse Coordinator RN (On ‑ Site) plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional,patient ‑ centered fertility care experience. Open Fertility nurses serve as trusted clinical partners—providing compassionate, knowledgeable, andhands ‑ oncare throughout each patient’s treatment journey.

This role supports both clinic ‑ based patient care and operations within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), including pre ‑ andpost ‑ operative recovery, operating room support, regulatory compliance, and coordination of care.

• Establish confidence, trust, and a positive rapport with all patients
• Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation
• Order time-sensitive medications
• Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center
• Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Bachelor's Degree
• Current ACLS certification

This is a full-time (40 hours a week/8 hours per day) non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.

The salary range for this role is $45-$50/hour. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
