Aurora, CO – Denver/Greenwood Village Office (Aurora, CO 80010)

Position Type:
Full-Time

Salary Range: $90,000 – $95,000 per year

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Deliver attentive, one‑on‑one support to patients and families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and understanding.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the care journey.
  • Accurately monitor and document vital signs.
  • Administer physician‑ordered medications and treatments.
  • Educate patients and families on care techniques and symptom management.
  • Track and communicate changes in patient condition for timely responses.
  • Maintain detailed clinical notes to reflect patient progress and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Perform additional support duties as part of a mission‑driven team.
What You’ll Bring
  • A heart for hospice care and commitment to exceptional service.
  • A valid Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state of employment.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong observational and communication skills.
  • A flexible, team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support additional duties.
