Registered Nurse - Day Shift CO-Den Willow

ERC Pathlight is a leading provider of evidence-based care for eating disorders and mood, anxiety, and trauma‑related conditions. Founded in 2008, we support more than 6,000 patients each year across multiple locations and virtual programs.

The Registered Nurse provides coordinated medical and clinical nursing care to meet the needs of each assigned patient within the ERC Pathlight system. The RN partners with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality, therapeutic care and contributes to a safe, respectful environment for patients, families, and staff. The position may require on‑call shifts according to business needs.

• Perform a full range of nursing services including assessment, care planning, administering treatment, and evaluating patient response in accordance with the treatment plan.
• Conduct initial intake assessment of new patients and discharge reconciliation and education.
• Place, receive, and complete provider orders per ERC policy.
• Administer medications via multiple routes in accordance with policy and provider orders.
• Perform phlebotomy, specimen processing, and point‑of‑care testing per laboratory protocols.
• Place and maintain nasogastric tubes and administer enteral feeding.
• Place and maintain intravenous access and administer intravenous fluids.
• Perform wound care.
• Document all direct patient care, monitoring, and observation in the electronic medical record.
• Supervise and delegate care to Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Communicate and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized plans for each patient.
• Ensure care aligns with the individual treatment plan and patient outcome goals.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings regarding patient progress and planned interventions.
• Document and report to the treatment team regarding patient status and progress.
• Participate in training, teaching, and mentoring new nursing department teammates.
• Respond to emergency situations until emergency medical services arrive.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with patients in the mental health field (preferred).

$40,000 – $49,000 per year, based on experience and market expectations.
