- Number of Beds: 23 beds
- Number of Staff: approximately 80 staff members on mom/baby
- Staff type:
Day Shift: 1 charge, 2-3 CNAs, 9-10 RNs on the floor, 3-4 RNs in the nursery;
Night Shift: 1 charge, 9-10 RNs on the floor, 2-3 RNs in the nursery - Patient Ratios: 3 or 4:1 – Estimated ratios, not guaranteed

Meditech / CPN
Skill Set Most recruited for (Travel RNs)
- Must have:
Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Postpartum/M/B experience; BLS & NRP - Preferred or nice to have:
Experience in a Mother/Baby Unit;
Flexibility with their schedule;
Ability to adapt quickly to new situations
- Monitoring Vital signs and administering medications and managing perineal care
- Educating parents on newborn care, safety, and bonding
- Compassionate, patient, and a team player
- Communication with staff and providers is a priority
