This role places you on a leading operating room team, working in a modern facility equipped with 23 ORs and state-of-the-art technology. Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals (including RNs, CNAs, and sitters) renowned for their supportive, energetic environment and commitment to patient care. This is an excellent opportunity to hone skills alongside dedicated, experienced staff, while learning innovative surgical techniques in Ortho/Spine, Cardiovascular, Plastics, General, GYN, Robotics, and Urology specialties.
Expand your resume with firsthand experience in a large-scale, fast-paced acute care setting. Gain exposure to new workflows, leadership approaches, and a variety of surgical cases not always available in smaller units or permanent positions. This assignment supports both career and personal growth as you adapt to new challenges, broaden your clinical knowledge, and cultivate resilience.
Shift:
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience in a hospital acute care environment
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience in Ortho/Spine or Cardiovascular specialties highly preferred
- Flexibility, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset are key
- Circulate and/or scrub for various elective surgical procedures as assigned
- Ensure patient safety and uphold quality standards throughout perioperative care
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
- Utilize Meditech EMR for efficient, accurate documentation
