Luminos Hospice is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients receiving hospice services. This full-time position offers a starting salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually based on relevant experience.
The LPN will perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, and offer emotional support to patients and families during end-of-life care. A current LPN license and a minimum of one year nursing experience are required.
