Rocky Mountain Senior Care is the largest post‑acute care practice in Colorado with 100+ physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants covering 700+ assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, skilled nursing homes, memory care facilities and group homes stretching from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins with Denver in the middle. The practice philosophy is structured so you determine your work/lifestyle balance. With the 700+ facilities you are challenged by the wide spectrum of pathology that will test all your clinical skills.

We are looking for a full‑time or part‑time outpatient Nurse Practitioner to join our family in Denver. The role includes providing comprehensive geriatric or senior care to patients across the network, attending outpatient visits, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and participating in case discussions and quality improvement initiatives.

Salary: $120,000–$134,000 (wRVU income structure is uncapped; earnings potential well above stated amount)

• Weekday: $150.00
• Weekend: $250.00
• Holidays: $275.00

Starting PTO: 17 days

Holidays: 8 days

• Geriatric or Senior Care experience preferred
