Deercreekseniorliving is seeking a qualified LPN for Home Health and Hospice services in the West Denver Metro area. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. The pay range is $30 to $38 per hour, and the LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Qualified candidates must have graduated from an accredited practical nursing program and possess a current LPN/LVN license. Three years of nursing experience in community health or hospice is preferred.
