Requirements- Provide compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents during the night shift
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
- Monitor resident condition, report changes, and expedite concerns to the care team
- Complete and maintain resident documentation, including MDS-related entries when applicable
- Support resident safety, comfort, and dignity through attentive bedside care
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
- Current, unrestricted Colorado LPN license (required)
- Long-term care (LTC) experience (required)
- MDS experience preferred
- Availability to work nights
- Willingness to reside in furnished shared housing (no pets, no smoking) if using housing option
