What You'll DoAs the Assistant Director of Nursing, you'll work side-by-side with our Director of Nursing to help lead the clinical operations of our facility.
You'll be a key player in:
- Supporting and mentoring nursing staff
- Promoting exceptional resident care and outcomes
- Assisting with clinical compliance and regulatory readiness
- Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions
- Monitoring quality measures and driving performance improvement
- Assisting with infection prevention and clinical education initiatives
- Participating in admissions, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Supporting staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations
- Serving as a clinical resource and leader throughout the building
- Helping create a positive, engaged, and team-focused culture

Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and compassion
- Experience with quality measures and survey preparedness
- Infection prevention experience
- Staff development and education experience
- A passion for mentoring and growing future nurse leaders
