Number of Beds - 42
Number of Staff 80 Nursing FTE's
Type of staff:
o Day Shift 1 charge, 5:1 RN ratio (about 5-6 RN daily), 2-3 CNA'S
o Night Shift - 1 charge, 5:1 RN ratio (about 5-6 RN daily), 2-3 CNA'S
Patient Ratios 5:1, 6:1
Type of equipment - Welch Allyn vital monitors. Basic nursing equipment.
EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current Rehab and/or M/S RN acute care experience
BLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Prior Rehab RN experience working at a freestanding rehabilitation center
CRRN
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
IVs, foley, PVRs and bladder/bowel programs
EKG and Blood glucose
Best personality Fit:
Positive, energetic, reliable, enthusiastic, can-do attitude.
Unit Guidelines/Policies:

Specific rehab training and FIM certification will be required upon hire.
