Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dynamic healthcare professionals in Aurora, CO!
In this position, you will oversee infusion care provided by nurses in our physician‑based ambulatory infusion center in Aurora, CO via telehealth as needed. You will create and maintain individualized care plans for all patients referred to the center, and serve as the primary clinical liaison between the referring physician’s office and the infusion center.
Primary Responsibilities- Review and evaluate clinical information from referring physician offices and admit appropriate patients for infusion.
- Evaluate newly referred patients and develop initial plans of care.
- Monitor plans of care and make necessary changes.
- Perform pertinent physical exams, assess findings, and confirm suitability for infusion.
- Review all lab reports provided by the referring physician.
- Request diagnostic and lab studies as needed.
- Recognize situations requiring immediate physician attention and initiate life‑saving procedures when necessary.
- Consult with the supervising Medical Director as necessary.
- Document infusion orders in the electronic medical record.
- Dictate or document notes in the electronic medical record.
- Promote company quality outcome initiatives.
- Delegate responsibilities to staff nurses on duty.
- Follow company policies and CDC guidelines for infection control.
- Carry out all duties professionally and courteously.
- Provide patient education and answer questions from prospective patients and referring physicians.
- Enforce HIPAA compliance guidelines.
- Pay range: $68.00 - $70.00 per hour.
- 401(k) with match up to 4%.

Education and Experience- Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of service.
- ONC certified (preferred).
- Current DEA license.
- Rheumatology and/or infusion experience preferred but not required.
- 1–3 years in a clinic setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer‑service skills to identify and address patient needs.
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high professional ethics; knowledge of confidential and regulatory compliance practices.
