CLINIC LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) methadone clinic – Full-Time $35/hr

ASAP start. We are hiring a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client’s dedicated team, providing methadone treatment services across three rehab centers located within 20 minutes of each other. You will not rotate locations on the same day; your assigned center will be scheduled in advance.

• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Shift: 5:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Locations:
  Rotating between three fixed rehab centers (no same‑day travel)

• Administer methadone to patients following clinical protocols and state/federal regulations
• Provide empathetic and professional care to individuals in recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and patient interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and development in addiction treatment practices

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
• Experience in addiction medicine or methadone treatment is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, early‑morning clinical environment
