Position: LPN- Home Health Position Summary
We’re seeking a licensed LPN who is compassionate, organized, and skilled in home care nursing to join our team. This role requires strong multitasking, organizational skills, and excellent customer service. At Argus Home Health Care, we value positive, energetic, client-focused professionals.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
- Assist RNs with specialized procedures.
- Provide care per plan of careand agency policy.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition.
- Document each visit thoroughly.
- Teach clients appropriate self-care techniques.
- One year nursing experience in home health preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License & clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

- Salary ($60,000 - $65,000)
