Occupational​/Sports Medicine Physician Assistant​/Nurse Practitioner

Our team is led by a highly experienced physician with elite sports medicine credentials, including work with NFL and Division I athletes. We are building a team that is passionate about being on the cutting edge of occupational medicine and redefining the standard of care for our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented PA or NP to join our team full-time. This role offers hands‑on clinical experience in occupational health, injury management, and rehabilitation, with direct mentorship from a physician experienced at the highest levels of sports medicine.

• Evaluate and treat occupational injuries and illnesses
• Perform physical exams, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning
• Perform procedures such as suturing and wound care
• Develop return‑to‑work plans and collaborate with employers and case managers
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Educate patients on injury prevention and recovery strategies
• Participate in monthly case reviews and case conferences to enhance clinical learning and outcomes
• Learn and assist in the evaluation and management of concussions
• Build strong relationships with employer clients and contribute to an excellent customer experience

• Licensed (or eligible) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in CO
• Strong clinical skills and interest in musculoskeletal and occupational medicine
• Interest in concussion management and sports medicine is a plus
• Passion for being on the cutting edge of occupational medicine
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and relationship‑building
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
• New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply

• Full‑time W-2 employment (40 hours/week)
• Competitive salary ($55–$70/hour; ~$114K–$145K annually)
