Up to $299,000 W2 salary plus:

• $25,000 Commencement Bonus
• $5,000 Student Loan Reimbursement paid at completion of years 1, 2, 3 (total $15,000)
• Pay range: 0‑3 years experience: $214,314 plus $25K Bonus and $5K Quality Incentive
• 3‑10 years experience: $230,357 plus $25K Bonus and $5K Quality Incentive
• >10 years experience: $230,357 plus $25K Bonus and $5K Quality Incentive

Time off: up to 9 weeks paid time away (7 weeks for 0‑3 years, 8 weeks for 3‑10 years, 9 weeks for >10 years)

St. Anthony Hospital & St. Anthony North

• Two years experience as CRNA including epidurals
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Department of Regulatory Agencies or Kansas Licensure)
• Certified by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists; recertification every two years
• Required BLS certification at time of hire
• Required ACLS certification upon hire or within 6 months of hire
