Clermont Park Senior Living is hiring a Registered Nurse RN for our Healthcare Suites
. This role is a great fit for a nurse with experience in senior living, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, resident care, care plans, MDS, admissions, and clinical compliance.

• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition.
• Complete daily rounds to support quality care.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and care team members.
• Assist with pre-admission assessments and admission documentation.
• Coordinate resident care plans and attend care conferences.
• Support MDS compliance, clinical documentation, and routine compliance audits.
• Serve as a clinical resource during emergencies, urgent needs, or resident changes of condition.
• Use nursing judgment to recognize signs and symptoms and take appropriate action.
• Help evaluate and implement new clinical equipment or technology.
• Support frontline staff through coaching, supervision, interviews, and performance feedback as assigned.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed.

• Current RN license.
• Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or healthcare suites preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with residents, families, physicians, pharmacists, and team members.
• Commitment to person-centered care, dignity, and quality outcomes.

$42.00-$50.88 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and wage grid placement.
