Position: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - Spearly

We offer Daily Pay, allowing you to be paid on-demand without waiting for payday.

Shift options include:

  • Full-time 6 am – 6 pm (weekends only)
  • Full-time 6 pm – 6 am (sign‑on bonus available to all associates hired before 6/30/2026)
  • Part-time 6 pm – 11 pm
  • PRN 6 pm – 6 am

Pay starts at $36.00 per hour; higher rates are available for experienced nurses.

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center is a unique 130‑bed skilled nursing facility specializing in behavioral and mental health. 80% of our residents are fully independent and can dress themselves in the morning. Responsibilities
  • Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
  • Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress and side‑effects of medications.
  • Monitor and record vital signs.
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks.
  • Collect lab samples.
  • Communicate with other members of the team, residents, families, and medical professionals.
  • Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
  • LPN (Required)
  • BLS Certification (Required)
  • Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology.
