We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse – Wound Care (LVN/LPN) on a full‑time basis. The role coordinates wound care therapy into the patient’s overall nursing care plan, participates in patient and family teaching, and leads with ancillary nursing and other team members to maintain professional nursing standards.

• Integrate wound care into total nursing care plans.
• Teach patients and families about wound care and management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to uphold nursing practice standards.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state where the hospital is located.
• Preferred certification from an approved Wound Care Certification program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of two years direct patient care experience; experience in wound care preferred.
