TRAVEL - RN - Rehab

RN-Registered Nurse (Rehabilitation) – Compensation: $1,141 weekly stipends ($15.16/hour), $545.76 weekly base pay.

Contract:

Onsite, starts 7/27/2026, 13 weeks.

Night Shift, 12 hours/day, 3 days/week.

• Number of Beds – 42
• Number of Staff – 80 Nursing FTEs

• Day Shift – 1 charge RN, 5:1 RN ratio (~5-6 RNs daily), 2-3 CNAs
• Night Shift – 1 charge RN, 5:1 RN ratio (~5-6 RNs daily), 2-3 CNAs
• Patient Ratios – 5:1 or 6:1
• Equipment – Welch Allyn vital monitors, basic nursing equipment
• EMR – Meditech

• Minimum 1‑year current Rehab and/or MS RN acute care experience
• BLS certification

• Prior Rehab RN experience at a freestanding rehabilitation center
• CRRN certification

• IVs, Foley catheter, PVRs and bladder/bowel programs
• EKG and blood glucose monitoring

• Positive, energetic, reliable, enthusiastic, can‑do attitude

Specific rehab training and FIM certification will be required upon hire. Unit policies and guidelines can be attached.
