Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER environment.
Responsibilities- Assume accountability for integrating organizational vision, values, and goals into daily performance.
- Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care, including assessment, treatment, and patient education.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
- Current RN license in the state of practice (compact license accepted).
- Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience, with at least 1 year in ER specialty.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
