We’re looking for CNAs with SNF experience (or strong interest) who work hard, care deeply, and have a sense of humor strong enough to survive healthcare.

• Providing hands-on care with dignity and compassion

• Supporting residents with ADLs, mobility, and comfort

• Working with nurses who actually appreciate CNAs

No unsafe staffing shrugged off as normal.

To work as a CNA in a Colorado SNF, you must have:

• Active Colorado CNA certification

• Be listed in good standing on the Colorado Nurse Aide Registry

• Experience in (or willingness to learn)
  skilled nursing care

• A strong back, a stronger heart, and at least some caffeine tolerance

• A strong, supportive culture (not just words on a poster)

• An incredible NHA who respects nursing and support staff

• Nurses who know CNAs are essential — not optional

• Leadership that backs you up

• Coworkers who laugh with you when things get wild

Yes, humor is allowed. Encouraged. Sometimes necessary.
