Infusion Nurse

We are actively hiring an Infusion Nurse (Oncology) to support our Valkyrie Clinical Trials Denver, Colorado site.

FLSA: Non-Exempt
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $42.00 - $57.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Adhereto Good Clinical Practice (GCP) andallapplicableregulatoryrequirements.
• PerformIVinfusionand IM/SQ injectionsofblindedandunblindedinvestigationalproductsaccordingtostudyprotocols,
• Obtainbloodspecimensandotherbiologicalsamplesfromstudyparticipants/patientsfollowingproper clinical procedures.
• EnsureaccurateandtimelysourcedocumentationincompliancewithGCPandsponsorguidelines.
• Monitor participants/patientsforinfusion reactions andadverseeventsandreportand documentfindingsperprotocol,regulatory requirements, and site SOPs.
• Maintainconfidentialityandintegrityofstudydataandallparticipant/patient information.
• Collaboratewithinvestigators,study coordinators,pharmacy,andotherclinicalstafftoensureprotocolcompliance.
• Participateintrainingsessionsandmaintaincurrentknowledgeofclinicaltrialproceduresand safety standards.
• Represent Flourish Researchinaprofessionalandcourteousmanner (verbal,writtenandin appearance) wheninteractingwithallstaff,clients,and vendors.
• Additionaldutiesasassignedbymanagement.
• Communicate effectively,compassionately, and professionally with patients and guests,physicians, employees, and all others.

• Workisperformedon-siteinan outpatientclinicalofficesetting.
• Localtravelmayberequiredto other sitesas applicable.
• Dailycomputeruse.
• Exposuretohumanbodilyfluids.
• Participant/Patient care.
• Occasionaleveningandweekendworkschedules.
• Abilitytoproperlyliftthirty-fivepoundsandoccasionallymorethanthirty-five pounds.
• Abilitytodriveanddailyavailabilityofanautomobile.

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) licensein good standing.
• ONS/ONCCcertificationstronglypreferred.
• GCPcertificationpreferred.
• BLScertificationrequired,ACLS preferred.

• Minimum2+years' experience as an oncology infusion nurse.
• Clinicalresearchexperiencestronglypreferred.
• ProficiencyinIVinfusion,vascular access, port care,injections,andphlebotomyrequired.
• Proficient withEMR/EHR platforms.

• Workingknowledgeofclinicalresearchmethodspreferred.
• Critical thinking withstrongattentiontodetailanddocumentationaccuracy.
• Demonstratedabilitytocollaborateandalignwithoperations.
• Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills.
• ExcellentcomputerskillstoincludeEMR,Office
  365and other products.
• Experienceinreviewing Standard Operating Procedures preferred .
• Strongproblemsolving,riskassessmentandimpactanalysisabilities.
• Demonstratedexperienceinprocessimprovement.
• Flexible,abletomulti-task,andprioritizecompetingdemands.
• Abilityto work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Abilitytothinkand workindependentlywith minimal supervision.
• Possess strong clinicalnursingand patient care skills.
