Role Overview
Provides direct patient care in a specialized acute care (Med‑Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care on moderate to high acuity units within a multidisciplinary team.
- Support evidence-based practices and safety protocols to ensure quality care.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare team members, fostering professional growth.
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on wellness and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
- Minimum six months of nursing experience.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
