Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in a specialized acute care (Med‑Surg) setting, utilizing the nursing process to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care on moderate to high acuity units within a multidisciplinary team.
• Support evidence-based practices and safety protocols to ensure quality care.
• Precept and mentor new healthcare team members, fostering professional growth.
• Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on wellness and outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Minimum six months of nursing experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
