• Base salary up to $299,000
• Commencement Bonus $25,000
• Student loan reimbursement up to $15,000 (paid at years 1‑3)
• Hourly quality incentive $5,000

• Hospital locations:
  St. Anthony Hospital & St. Anthony North

• Two years of experience as a CRNA, including epidural experience
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Department of Regulatory Agencies or Kansas Licensure)
• Recertification with the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists every two years
• BLS certification at the time of hire
• ACLS certification upon hire or within 6 months

• 0–3 years of experience: $214,314 + $25,000 bonus + $5,000 quality incentive
• 3–10 years of experience: $230,357 + $25,000 bonus + $5,000 quality incentive Paid Time Off

  • 10+ years: 9 weeks
