You will utilize the nursing process, therapeutic interventions, evidence‑based practices, and seamless coordination with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

What does it mean to be a part of our Hospice team? Home is where families gather, memories are cherished, and comfort is found. It’s where we reflect, heal, and experience moments of connection and peace. At Intermountain Health, we have the profound honor of bringing skilled, compassionate care to patients in the home—offering comfort, dignity, and quality of life during their end‑of‑life journey.

As a Hospice Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive exceptional care in the setting they cherish most—their home. This meaningful work allows you to combine your clinical expertise with a deeply rewarding care environment, helping individuals and their families navigate this tender stage with compassion, skill, and excellence.

Enhance your career by learning unique skills such as wound care, injection and medication administration, IV monitoring, and patient/caregiver education.
