During the day, 10 rooms are active with 1 room reserved for trauma. There are 2 booked rooms and 1 dedicated trauma room overnight.

• Registered Nurse, OR
• Experience:
  
  2 years
• Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA
• Level 1 trauma experience (2 years at a level
  1); GYN, Spine, Hands, Neuro, Ortho, Oncological Breast, Microvascular cases
• ST: NBSTSA ONLY - no other certifications will be accepted & DORA is required
• Application takes 15-30 mins; may take a few days to 1-2 weeks if everything is completed. Background checks add time. Costs $85 for background and $40-60 for fingerprints, depending on vendor. Renewal is yearly.
• Required:
  
  Online application via DORA;
  Proof of training/education or experience;
  Criminal background check;
  Employment and certification history
• Colorado requires surgical technologists to register with the state database and renew yearly but does not require a national certification to register
• Badge photo required during credentialing

• Scrub highly preferred
• Ortho with Robotics highly preferred
