Rise Up is seeking a licensed RN to oversee care coordination and staff training across our residential programs in Denver and Colorado Springs. The role requires coordination with Medical Coordinators, families and healthcare providers to ensure compliant medical care and up-to-date documentation.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years nursing experience, a CO license, proficiency with EMR and a willingness to travel between sites. A BSN is preferred, with flexible scheduling to meet program needs.
