Travel RN - Mother Baby

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Mother/Baby Unit position in Denver, CO, requiring at least 1 year of Mother/Baby experience and active CO or compact RN licensure.

• Active CO or compact RN license required — no pending licenses
• Minimum 1 year of Mother/Baby nursing experience required
• Required certifications (must be AHA and valid through contract): BLS; ACLS, NRP, and/or PALS as appropriate for the unit
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

• Work in the Mother/Baby Unit of an acute care hospital in Denver, CO
• Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts (1900–0730), 3 days per week, 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
• On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required
• Epic EMR used for charting
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized nursing care for Mother/Baby patients
• Performs health teaching, counseling, and delegates care as appropriate
• Documents care in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year to be eligible for a travel assignment
• All certifications must be AHA‑issued and must not expire prior to the contract start date
