The Oncology RN Navigator provides personalized care coordination and support for patients across the cancer care continuum. Through collaboration with patients, caregivers, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams, this role assesses needs, develops individualized care plans, delivers education, and connects patients with internal and community resources. The RN Navigator promotes seamless transitions of care, enhances the patient experience, and empowers patients to actively participate in their treatment journey.

Prefer 2-3 years oncology experience.

Minimum Qualifications Required Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN). Education will be verified.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification.
Three (3) years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in oncology, infusion, care management, navigation, or a related specialty.
Strong communication, patient education, care coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.
Experience in oncology navigation, oncology case management, infusion services, or cancer care coordination.
Physical Requirements Ability to read, interpret, and document information accurately, including patient records, care plans, and educational materials.
Frequent interaction with patients, families, physicians, and care team members requiring effective verbal communication and active listening skills.
Proficient computer and keyboarding skills to coordinate care, document patient interactions, access clinical information, and manage navigation activities.
Ability to move throughout clinical and office environments, including walking between departments and attending patient care team meetings.
May occasionally assist patients, move supplies, or transport materials as needed.
Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods while conducting patient assessments, care coordination, documentation, and patient education.
Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to patient needs, changes in condition, and urgent situations requiring timely intervention and collaboration with the care team.
