What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day):
- Be the Fixer:
Float across elite specialized units to stabilize and support high-acuity patient environments. - Manage Complexity:
Drive care for vulnerable, fascinating patient populations (cellular therapies, organ recipients, major neuro-resections, epilepsy monitoring, complicated joint and spinal reconstructions, and multisystem medical failures). - Deliver Elite Quality:
Bring your best self to work, knowing your well-being is prioritized so you can focus entirely on excellent patient outcomes.
The Schedule Logistics:
- Flexibility First:
Complete control over your daily shifts via our self-scheduling model. - The Commitment:
Only 3 to 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule block. - Holiday Rotation:
Fair and predictable schedule with assigned major holidays handled on a rotating basis.
Who You Are (The Match/Qualifications):

You get bored easily. You want deep clinical variety and complex pathology. - The Professional:
You are a go-getter, self-driven, and highly accountable. You hold an active RN license and have at least 1–2 years of hospital experience. - The Future Leader:
You have goals. You want mentorship, diverse references, and a resume that stands out to admissions committees. - Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado, or active multistate licensure.
- Current BLS with American Hearth Association or American Red Cross.
- Current ACLS with American Hearth Association or American Red Cross.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school, BSN desirable.
- At least 1-2 years of hospital RN experience.
- No travel required! This is a facility float position.
